Asian Ground Caribou With Noodles

This is very similar to kittencal's Asian Ground Beef recipe but with enough variation I decided to put it all together here rather than leave a lengthy note on her (delicious!) recipe. Very slightly spicy - add more chili sauce for more kick. My kids will eat it at this temp. There are no hard and fast rules with this one, folks, it is different each time I make it - use whatever frozen or leftover vegetables you have on hand and put over rice if no pasta is available. - Similiar recipes

Asian Infused Soy Sauce

I keep a jar of this in the fridge to have on hand and use it in almost all my Asian recipes. It will make a great dipping sauce for dumplings (wontons) when mixed with a little balsamic vinegar and some mirin. Sometimes I add chilli, but we don't always want chilli in our dinners so I'd rather add it later. A simple stirfry sauce can be made with this, add some fresh coriander and a sliced chilli and some oyster sauce. A jar kept in the fridge will keep for weeks- if you don't use it before then! Adjust flavours to taste. Tamari, dark and light soys can be used. Australian measurements (1 T = 4 tsp) - Similiar recipes

Asian Inspired Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

Yet another Cooking Light recipe I have not gotten around to trying yet. The header on the original printing says it tastes better the next day. I think it would be a lovely contrast to serve with a crispy asian slaw, with some fresh sliced hot chiles mixed in. - Similiar recipes

Asian Meatball and Rice Toss

Asian Meatball and Rice Toss

While I was standing in line at the store, I found the Pillsbury hambuger cookbook. I know this isn't real Asian cooking, but I thought it was pretty good. The frozen meatballs really made it quick. - Similiar recipes
Asian Meatballs (As a Side Dish)

Asian Meatballs (As a Side Dish)

A wonderfully easy side dish to compliment an Asian meal. (Uses store bought meatballs.) got the idea from another recipe here, and changed it to my tastes. I made lots of sauce and after I removed the meatballs from it I used it in a stir fry, so I only used 1 bag of meatballs. I'm sure homemade meatballs would be better if you have the time. It would be so easy to just heat up the meatballs in a purchased stir fry sauce too. - Similiar recipes
