Antipasto Pasta Salad

This is a good basic antipasto pasta salad recipe. Uses bottled Italian dressing for ease, of course you could substitute your homemade. Trio Italiano pasta is a Skinner brand, has shells, rotino, and spiral pasta; you can substitute just shells or just spiral or any combination you like. This recipe comes straight from the package of pasta. - Similiar recipes

Greek-Style Chicken Pasta Salad

Greek-Style Chicken Pasta Salad

Whenever I have leftover chicken breast or cooked turkey I always make this pasta salad it's a favorite in our house. I usually boil up the whole package of pasta shells, but no need to double the dressing recipe, it's enough for the whole package of pasta. Also, I always add in 2 medium chopped firm tomatoes to the salad. You will love this, it's almost like a Greek salad! - Similiar recipes

Amazing Crab Stuffed Pasta Shells

I was making these for Easter this year and didn't fully like any of the recipes I found, so I came up with this one from ingredients from about 10 recipes. These are very filling, so you may want to slice in half before serving. Or, I did see some large pasta shells (not the stuffing ones) about 1/4 the size and thought these would be better. - Similiar recipes

Artichokes and Shells

I came up with this one night to satisfy both my husband's wish for an olive oil-based pasta dish, and my craving for artichokes. We really enjoyed this hot and also the next day for lunch as a cold pasta salad. Cooking times are approximate since I didn't keep track, but it is a fairly good guess. Everything should only be cooked until heated through and the sauce is thickened. - Similiar recipes

Possum's Chicken & Pasta

This is a recipe I got from my paternal grandfather, by way of my mother. Pa would never share his recipe, so mom had to secretly watch him one day as he made it to catch the ingredients he used. It's not exactly 100% like his, but it's the closest we can get. Use a generous amount of paprika, try shells or egg noodles for pasta, and for chicken pieces, try legs and thighs. It's a bit on the greasy side, and it may have a bit too much garlic for some, so tweak the recipe according to your and your family's taste. - Similiar recipes

Artichokes, Capers, Olives, Lemon Zest, and Italian Tuna on Pasta Shells

In Italy a no-cook pasta sauce is known as salsa cruda, and makes a wonderful one-dish dinner. In this version, the combination of artichokes, olives, capers, and lemon zest is not only beautiful, but bold in flavor. - Similiar recipes

Pasta-Shell Risotto with Broccoli Rabe

Slowly cooking the pasta risotto-style by ladling hot broth over it allows the shells to soak up all of the broth's aroma and results in a velvety, creamy texture. The bitter bite of the greens adds just enough edge. - Similiar recipes
